Demonstration Protest in Athens against illegal animal poisoning!

PRESS RELEASEFollowing too many protests against hundreds-thousands of murders of stray animals and birds by poisoning throughout the country, received by AnimalWelfare Groups, we mention here the latest tragic records:

Xanthi: 25 animals Orestiada: 50 animals Alexandroupoli: 50 animals Saronis: 70 animals Kallithea: almost all Panormou Street- METRO: all pigeons and cats Polygyros, Chalkidiki: yet unknown numbe Korfos, Korinth: all the animals, bodies disappeared WE ORGANIZE, ON SUNDAY, 6th OF JUNE, AT 12:00, A PANHELLENIC DEMONSTRATION PROTEST, in front of the Monument of the Unknown Soldier (Greek Parliament), in order to stop this inhuman and criminal way of acting. We call all animal lovers and every civilized and sensitive person to particiapate to this CRY OF PROTEST, in order to save what is left, in this "slaughter" of innocent God's creatures. 27.05.04, all 43 Animal Welfare Groups of Greece.
