Guest guest
I have to believe that they weren't arrested, as soon as the police were aware of what they did, because Steven Paulson is the mayors son. I am even willing to bet that the dogs body will never be found. I hope with all my heart that I am wrong! Rita UPDATEThe arraignment of the two men accused of killing a dog with a bow and arrow, went as well as could be expected today - because of incredible people who showed up and cared. A great crowd of animal welfare supporters showed the court that they want these two in jail for what they did. Over 100 people from as far away as the Canadian border voiced their outrage outside the courtroom. Inside, the prosecuting attorney asked the court to take the men into custody immediately, citing that they were a danger to the community. How so? Steven L. Paulson, 20 of Wilkeson, Wash., it was revealed, had been convicted of assault, robbery, and forgery. He's the son of the Wilkeson mayor. Troy L. Loney, 18, the other man who admits to shooting the dog with a bow & arrow, was convicted of child molestation in 1999. That did the trick. They were finally in jail. Although we believe they should have been arrested when they admitted to killing the dog weeks ago.
