If the cruel and bloody commercial whaling approved

by IWC (International Whaling Commission),

It is the time to consider to use armed " policing power " to

patrol over the oceans to stop the killing of the great whales.

This is the only way to effectively protect and 'save the whales'

if the major Trade Sanctions(on major Japanese products)

is not imposed.

 

The RMS (revised management scheme ) is the Japanese

plot to achieve its commercial whaling.

Please urge US Government delegates in London right now

to vote AGAINST " Revised Management Scheme " now.

 

The Japanese Government insanity and killing the largest

animals on earth crazily and relentlessly to bribe so many

other countries to kill. All of the anti-whaling countries

should never back down.

 

The Japanese uses " money " (aid) to get more and more

small poor island countries votes in IWC to secure

3/4 votes needed to overturn the whaling moratorium.

The Japan may also bribed some of the biggest Animal welfare

groups , especially WWF (World Wildlife Fund) to convince

the US Government to vote for " RMS " (Revised Management

Scheme) to help Japan legalizing the Commercial Whaling.

 

Again, the armed " policing power " is the only and necessary

resolution in the Japanese government's relentless efforts to kill

and commercialize the great whales .

 

It is the last resort for all of the anti-whaling countries

to be united to " save the whales " against the EVIL--JAPAN.
