ADDITIONAL IMPORTANT NOTES :1: How to address to the list of Congress or list of legislators .2: How to do COPY and PASTE.================================== Whenever you write to the list of CONGRESS orlist of State Legislators, you do NOT have to put yourAddress in the letter. Just simply put : Name, (Constituents.) That is enough information !!! However, if you address to your own Congressman,Yes, Please put your detail Address at the end of your letter.cc.============================HOW TO COPY AND PASTE : The following 11 steps will bring you enormous useful tool for your campaign just by using Copy and Paste :1: First put the pointer of the mouse at the character right before the first character of the target list. You will see the "Screen pointer" stops right before the first character of the list and it may blink or not.2: While pressing the left button of the mouse, then drag the mouse to the right , you will see the blue shaded area is expanding. Then drag the mouse down until the blue area cover the entire target area. (move up and down the mouse while the left button still pressed.)3: Then release two hands, then bring the mouse pointer to the EDIT (on the top bar) click it and then click "COPY". (note: while you are doing COPY, the target list should be still in blue shaded . )4: Now, the entire targeted blue list is immidiately and invisibly being copied into the memory inside the computer which you can not see it. But it is actually already stored inside of your computer of that targeted blue shaded area. Now, the next step is to know where you are going to display that targeted blue shaded area you just stored inside the computer. You will need to use another tool "PASTE".5: Now bring your mouse and pointing to the BCC field (if you use Microsoft Outlook Express). Then the 'Screen cursor" stops and blinking at the BCC field, then , you bring your mouse pointer to top bar and click "EDIT" again and click "PASTE".6: Now, this "Paste" will bring the entire targeted list from which you previously saved(COPY) in the memory (step 3,4) into the BCC field. (you see, you do not even have to type the list !!).7: Now, you have successfully brought the list to the BCC field. (Blind Carbon Copy). Or you can even bring the targeted list into CC field (Carbon copy) by bringing the mouse Pointer to CC field and click the mouse, then immidiately you see the screen cursor blinking at the first location in the CC field. then You go to click EDIT , and PASTE, then the targed list will immidiately display in the CC field.8: Now, you can start to type your letter, or using the same technique as above to COPY the entire sample letter or any article and then go to PASTE into the typing area as you normally would to type a letter .9: Then put any of your addresses in the "TO " field. Or go to Address book to create a name : The Honorable Legislator etc.... then type "The Honorable Legislator" at the "TO " field. (you don't have to do this, because inside of your letter, you would address : Dear Honorable Legislator).10: Now Click "Send" , that is it.11: Please practice the above 10 steps with a small list. for example practice with just 3 addresses to test it . Try to send a very short letter, for example: "PLEASE STOP KILLING WHALES." That's it. and click Send. Or send to yoursef, to see if you really get the letter you send to yourself. When it is successfully sent , then you know you are now become an expert on COPY and PASTE . Then you can use COPY and PASTE to send the rest of the list.
