Hello everyone: As most of you know, I am a guide dog trainer for Guardian Angel GuideDogs, and also a volunteer for C.A.R.E.S. Rescue. We have been workingas a joint effort, placing most of our rescued dogs in pet homes, andtaking a select few to be trained as future guides. This morning, thefacility that housed the dogs in rescue was destroyed by fire. Many ofthe animals were lost, and the others left stranded and needing yourassistance. Fortunately, all of the outbuildings and runs remain, sowe're putting the dogs in there for the night, but..... If anyone outthere can foster, adopt, or otherwise help us out in any way, pleasee-mail me or contact Donna at (402) 476-2534 asap. Dogs are mostly mixedbreeds, though we do have a few purebreds, and range in age from eightweeks to some seniors. Please, please, put the word out, and if anyonecan help, we would greatly appreciate it. Thanks in advance for anythingyou may be able to do.
