ILLINOIS MAN BLINDS NEIGHBOR'S CAT

Last fall Edward Kraklio, a 35-year-old Rock Island resident, was arrestedfor allegedly shooting Felix, his neighbor's pet cat, in the eyes and nosewith a pellet gun, blinding the animal. If the felony charge goes through,this animal abuser could be sentenced to three years in prison--but yourhelp is needed to get him convicted.
