The regulation said "From June 1st, 2001, the dog withrecord of attacking people "OR" the dog's weigh over 23 kgs mush wear maskwhen go to the public place."Unfortunately, all adult Labs' weigh are over 23 kgs.The regulation implies the following.1. When dog wears mask, there will be no people bitten by dogs.2. The dogs over 23 kgs is the same as the dog with records of attackingpeople, thus, both of them should wear mask while going out.3. The dogs less than 23 kgs will never bite people. We've a club of people owing Labs in Taipei. We e-mail many times to theCouncil of Agriculture to express our opinion of this rugulation. But noany answer from them till now. Wish you could also do something for us. Wereally don't wish our Lab wearing mask in 2001 when go out.The Council of Agriculture's e-mail address is as follow,COABest Regards,Eddie Wen
