Guest guest
LETTER AGAINST DEER HUNT IN INDIANA webmaster (theanimalspirit) SOURCE: http://www.ai.org/serv/presscal?PF=dnr & Clist=11 & Elist=13283 SEND LETTERS TO: Indiana Department of Natural Resource Director Larry D. Macklin lmacklin Governor of the State of Indiana Governor Frank O'Bannon fobannon SAMPLE LETTER: I am writing in reference to the proposed " controlled deer herd reduction at 15 state parks " . Recently, Governor Whitman of New Jersey decided to look into humane alternatives for controlling the bear population and cancelled a scheduled bear hunt. She did this because the outcry from people against the hunt was very strong. She has gained the respect and admiration of many compassionate citizens. I suggest you follow her lead and research humane alternatives to controlling the deer population. Murdering animals is becoming more and more unacceptable and if you follow through with this plan, the state of Indiana will indeed have a tarnished reputation. Thank you for your time and consideration. Sincerely, _______________________ Get Your Private, Free E-mail from MSN Hotmail at http://www.hotmail.com.
