Guest guest
They are still only around the 1500 signatures mark, and there aim is 50,000. Come on, please help out! Christine mgoose [mgoose] Thursday, 17 August 2000 20:56 AnimalAdvocacy [AnimalAdvocacy] Petition to Talk Show Hosts Please crosspost and forward! Everyone who is an advocate for the animals is well aware of the issues of animal cruelty surrounding pet mills. We are also aware that education plays a key roll in the eventual eradication of these hell holes. In order to bring public awareness to these issues we need help from the media. IMOM has a petition which will be mailed to ALL TV talk show hosts asking for their help. Television is all about ratings and we can certainly guarantee their ratings will go through the roof should they decide to help us. Think about how the Internet was responsible for the HUGE audience for NBC Dateline's coverage of puppy mills and 20/20's story on the " drop bins " in Rutherford County, TN. Please take a few moments of your time to sign our guestbook petition. Enter your comments and write from your heart. Let's make them listen to us. We MUST use our voices for the voiceless, defenseless animals! We would like to have a minimum of 50,000 signatures before we mail them out. http://www.imom.org/voices/media.htm Thank you for your time and for using your voice for the animals. We CAN make a difference! Jacki Hadra IMOM Founder/Director " Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed citizens can change the world...indeed, it is the only thing that ever has!
