The Fund For Animals, Animal Protection Institute, and Pennsylvania

Legislative Animal Network are urging PA residents to contact their state

legislators in support of a bill that would halt the newly approved trapping

and hunting season on bobcats. Unless legislators intervene, the new season

will begin on October 14, 2000. Non- PA residents are urged to write as well.

As a resident of Pennsylvania I am urging you to support the bill that would

halt the newly approved trapping and hunting season on bobcats. I am against

this hunt and as a Pennsylvania taxpayer I would like my opinion to be

considered.

Dear Governor Ridge:

 

As a citizen of the United States, I am writing to request that you do

everything in your power to prevent the proposed bobcat hunt which is
