Just a reminder that the petition I authored is going to be sent out in

six days....76 people signed the petition...and I am hoping to have 100

by the time it is sent out on the 28th of July.

Habitat Protection, Humane Society of the US:

 

" We have, gingerly, endorsed the use of shock collars for training

domestic dogs (though even that remains internally controversial). This
