Guest guest
Visit our site: http://www.stopwhalekill.org ...... join us to end whale hunting ..... I have quotes from Jonathan Paul, ODI, this morning -- they're out there protesting the hunt. Go to our home page: http://www.stopwhalekill.org. CALL NWCN (http://www.nwcn.com) when they have call-ins. They will read your e-mail on air too. CALL your local radio and TV stations. Give them the articles on our site that reveal that only mothers and calves are left. Not sure about this? Read Dr. Jim Darling's KEY article -- click on BULLETINS on our nav bar, and you wil see 1) Darling's article, and 2) a good map that shows the ENTIRE gray whale migration. Tell others that mothers and calves come close to shore -- to kelp beds -- to feed. That makes the mothers and calves very vulnerable. Read Mike & Winston's comments on our home page, right column -- just below the pic of the whale watchers patting a big gray whale that came up to their boat. Remind people that grays are very used to friendly humans. They see nothing but loving whale watchers, from BAJA (their nursery area) past the coasts of California and Oregon, and near Victoria, B.C. It is only off WASHINGTON STATE, and near Alaska, that the grays must FEAR humans. ...... Now there's a new virus. The " SUBJECT " of the e-mail: " Virus Alert. " But the attachment contains another virus, not a cure for viruses. I don't open attachments from anyone anymore. It's the only assurance I have that I won't have problems. If people have information to share, it's best to put it up on a Web page, and send out the URL to the site.
