MAKAH ISSUE HUNTING PERMIT THIS MORNING

 

Telephone calls to the Makah Tribe confirm that the Makah Whaling Commission

issued a ten-day hunting permit this morning.

 

Sources on-site report that Makah whalers are presently on the water,

actively hunting migrating gray whales.

 

More information as it becomes available.
