Calif. zoophile case prosecuted

This was passed to me today, does any one have further details, newspaper

articles etc on this case of any kind?

 

 

California case of sexual assault involving horses last year (DA Case No

98-33-79/Douglas Roberts) which

resulted in the defendant serving one year in jail, paying $1,000 fine,

psychological evaluation, 5 years supervised probation, no contact with

any animals for duration of probation, BRAVO search rights, i.e. search

rights waived to any law enforcement agency, Humane Society and/or

Animal Care and control agency which operates in such jurisdiction to enforce

terms of probation, not allowed within 1,000 feet of any equine,

reimburse costs of investigation, reimburse damages to victims
