Here is the entire list and seperately I will send a letter which I sent, which you may modify to suit yourself to send them. Tommorow I will obtain the email addresses for another state, and so on. I would like to get this going in several states (there are 24 without laws currently) It appears the best route to take is suggesting it as a sexual crime instead of an animal abuse bill.
