volunteer help needed researching vegetarian options in schools

Hi everybody,

Citizens for Healthy Options in Children’s

Education – CHOICE – is working on researching the vegetarian

options (or lack thereof) in schools around California. This is a

gigantic job for one person, but it is pretty simple and manageable if divided

up among a few people, so I would love to have several replies! A statewide

resolution that was passed last year, ACR 16, urged schools to introduce

vegetarian options, and we are putting together a report following up on how

well or not so well schools have done implementing these options.We need help

with Internet research and phone calls to schools (we would let you know exactly

what to say).
