Guest guest
Hi, There was recently a neglect case where 28 chickens, mostly roosters, were confiscated by Scotts Valley animal control. They're in good shape and friendly (to people and each other), and most are very exotic and quite small! If you've never seen an exotic chicken, check out this site: http://tinyurl.com/85pzb http://tinyurl.com/ywx89 If you're like me, you don't want to buy from most chicken hatcheries. So here is a chance to get an extremely beautiful and hard-to-find chicken companion and save its life at the same time. The story is here: http://hiway17.com/news.php?extend.361 They also confiscated some pure-bred labs. Please help if you can, as the minute they are released from the man's custody (this week), animal control will start to put the roosters down, as they don't like having a bunch of roosters in their shelter and they rarely ever place any. If you know of any media outlets who would be interested in helping, please let me and them know. It would make a very good visual story as they are extremely beautiful and cute. Thanks, Cheryl
