At a Sheraton Hotel Fundraiser by the Regular American Cancer Society, they served Carved Roast Beef and Turkey with gravy… I already told them it’s a no no.. The classes offer invaluable nutrition information and cooking advice for cancer survivors or anyone looking to lower their risk of the disease. Classes are currently being offered in supermarkets, hospitals, workplaces, schools, and other venues in over 34 cities. The Cancer Project provides a two-day training, marketing help, all materials, and a stipend.
