International A R Day, Dec. 10 ... Hearing re Lawsuit against UCSF Postponed to Dec. 15

Dear Animal Advocates: Well, this will probably be our last chance this year to gather on behalf of animals. So I hope you can make it to demonstrate at UCSF on International Animal Rights Day on December 10, Saturday (unless you want to include the Animal People Party hosted by Animal Switchboard on December 11). In any case, I'm thinking of a candlelight vigil on behalf of animals who have suffered and died at UCSF in recent years, and perhaps some closure to a rather difficult year - with hopes for a better one to come. Anyhow, I have not set a specific date/time yet since I want to

hear from animal activists out there as to interest and time preference. By the way, the hearing for my lawsuit has been postponed to December 15. Some good news in that regard: My lawyer has told me that UCSF has contacted him and communicated that they will have the documents I have been trying to obtain - in some cases for over a year - available to me in the next one to two weeks.
