First of all I want to say Im glad that my posts have sparked some healthy debate/conversation...that was my intention from the begining. In no way have I intended to offend anyone, or put anyone down for eating soy and cooked foods....I think being vegetarian/vegan is absolutely fabulous! Its the only way to be....in my book! Kudos to y'all veggie folk and aspiring veggies! Thank you for opening up your heart and saving animal lives! (and human!) My heart goes out to you! I myself am more of a health-inspired vegan. I dont always live up to it but I strive to eat a healthy organic mostly raw food diet...as I have found the merits of which to be abundant health...but you can decide that on your own. I encourage you all to read this article on soy....it gives a history, and talks about the dangers, as well as some potential good things....it even talks about how the different soy products are made....something I just learned.
