Guest guest Posted November 23, 2005 Report Share Posted November 23, 2005 I just wanted to add one more thing to the soy discussion and that is that a lot of this discussion seems to be only about processed soy products but I think people are forgetting that you don't have to eat processed food to eat soy. you can eat soy beans. I put soybeans (edamame) in my salad almost everyday. Eating soybeans is a whole food just like any other bean such as black beans or garbonzo beans. They are not processed like fake meat and they doesn't have added salt so you can eat soy and still eat whole unprocessed foods, not raw but still unprocessed.
