The class is Nutrition 12 (under the Biology Department) and if you take Dr. Bacon's class she recommends books like "Diet for a New America" to her students. I took the same class with Dr. Pinna who was vegetarian for many years and treated the subject with respect. It was an excellent class and very worthwhile.
