Hi folks

There's some new changes for the Palo Alto Letter Writing Party! First, Ben Davidow is our new host. Thank you Ben! His inaugural LWP will be this Saturday at a special time -- noon. Still at the same great place (BayLeaf Cafe). Please join in and be a voice for the animals.

Hi everyone!

My name is Ben Davidow, and I am thrilled to be the new host for monthly letter writing at the Bay Leaf.

In addition to partying, we will encourage interspecies compassion in hand-written letters to businesses and elected officials. We may also send letters of appreciation to those corporations and legislators who have acted responsively. Novices, gurus, and guvices (like myself) are all welcome.

I will bring issues and materials, and feel free to do so as well. This LWP will be experimental. For example, we may decide to approach a variety of issues independently, or we may collaborate and focus in on several issues (or even one). We will also figure out what time works best in the coming months. What is for sure, is that we will have a blast!
