Guest guest Posted October 21, 2005 Report Share Posted October 21, 2005 Hi Amy, My husband and I are huge Cotturi fans - we buy it at Whole Foods but I never thought of going to their winery. We're not big wine people as in a scene but it would be nice to see the place. I love supporting such a company. The reason they are vegan is because the wine is unfiltered and the filtering products are what make liquors non-vegan. This means that there is grape sediment in the bottom of the bottle but that's a small price to pay for the lack of egg, fish scales, or blood!
