I often make enormous quantities of food that often goes uneaten. I also test recipes at home and have a ton of leftovers. I would like to share this food (usually vegan and organic) with a homebound disabled or elderly person who would appreciate a delicious and healthy meal cooked with love. There is no 'catch' or ulterior motive other than to make someone's life a little nicer.
