Please Email Santa Cruz Metro and Ask Them to Include Chicken Rescue/Veg Article

Hi,

 

I know probably all of you have seen vegetarian Elisa Camahort's

articles in the Metro. Well, she interviewed me about the battery

cage chicken rescue I participated in, and wrote a very nice article:

Well, I was surprised to discover that the Santa Cruz Metro didn't

include it! Instead, it is only in the Silicon Valley version, even

though in the past they used to be included every month. Elisa said

they even let her use more words in the Santa Cruz version. I don't

know why they stopped!

 

So please email the Santa Cruz Metro and tell them you want her

back. Also, ask them to print the chicken rescue article -- people

need to know how badly local egg-laying hens are treated!
