Hi folks,

We need your help with the next Compassionate Living Program, Opening Cages, Opening Minds: The Campaign Against the Battery Cage, with Paul Shapiro from the Humane Society of the United States

How you can help:

1) Invite your family/friends -- this is a welfare campaign, and it's critical that we get the support of everyone, including folks who eat eggs, to understand and support this campaign against the battery cage to help the chickens

2) Print and carry some small posters about this event with you. Put them on bulletin boards in coffee shops, neighborhood stores, places where people w/animals frequent ... Please post only where notices are allowed though. The posters are 8.5" x 11" size as well as 4 to a page.

3) Get involved in the campaign to encourage Trader Joe's to carry cage free eggs. Start by attending this presentation AND if you or family/friends shop at Trader Joe's, save those receipts and bring them on the 24th to show TJs their customers CARE and want these changes. Paul Shapiro, our featured guest speaker, will be collecting the receipts to send to Trader Joe's.
