every pet owners should know this

this was posted at peta.org

I heard that some pets owners in New Orleans had to

abandon their pets at the airports cause the air

planes did not allow the pets (no room?)

Volunteers are working hard to retrieve and save those

animals

Some of you already know this, but I just found this

out 6 months ago.

I was surprised when I asked for help in this list and

at craigslist to help socialize a cat. I was

surprised not one person responded.

I did some research, that someone need a home for 2

foster cats and another need a temporary home for a

cat. They both said not one person on this list was

able to help.

I know for sure, every animal loving person, can only

take so many pets in their home or can do so much. I

hope we are not at a saturation point.

I am personally involved in my neighborhood's, feral

cat program, and I want to personally thank all the

volunteers such as Nadine M. for all their tireless

help.

(p.s. I'm tired already.. *smile*)

due to my high amount of emails, I am unable to answer everyone's emails on

vegetarian questions.
