New De Young Museum Cafe NOT vegan friendly but we can change that!

Hey Everyone,

 

The New De Young museum's cafe has just opened up in Golden Gate Park and has almost nothing vegan except for a PB & J sandwich and a fruit cup. I spoke with the manager and he was very, very friendly and open about taking suggestions. He said he wanted to accommodate all diets and that this was the first time he had heard this request. This is an excellent opportunity to have vegan items put on a menu. I encourage everyone to stop by and let them know that you are disappointed that there aren't more vegan options on the menu. Ask to speak to the manager. Thanks and let's hope they end up having several vegan options on the menu after they hear from us. Take care.
