Guest guest
The owner of the new vegetarian restaurant in San Mateo, Vegetarian Gourmet, exchanged several emails with us about a reviewer's comment in the Ultimate Guide that one of the veggie dishes tasted 'fishy'.http://www.bayareaveg.org/ug/display.htm?id=561They submitted a review (which we couldn't allow through since that would skew the ratings):"We are the owners. We want to apologize. From now on, we will buy veg oyster sauce only . We have removed all the old sauce. This won't happen again. We want to make it up to you; please try us again."After an exchange of emails, he did ask that I forward his email on to the list for everyone to see. Here is the pertinent email of interest.> Quoting Andrew Sharpe <asharpe:>>> Hi Tammy,>>>> Thank you very much for your reply.>>>> It is difficult to answer your questions right now.
