addedum/correction to oyster sauce at vegetarian gourmet

 

there is a beef with oyster sauce dish and a broccoli oyster sauce dish.

 

we should find out whether or not this is pure vegetarian imitation

oyster sauce

or dead animals.

 

also, if it's dead, what other dishes include it.

 

AND THEN

 

we need to get it out of all the recipes.

 

so, could a chinese speaker please check it out???
