Guest guest
I wrote this to Herbivore <anasser1: Dear Herbivore, My wife and I are vegans and we love the food at Herbivore. However, we rarely eat there. The music keeps us away. When customers are enjoying your food along with enjoying their friends, what's the purpose of the music? If the theory is the more sensory bombardment the better, why not offer light shows, videos, and back massages in addition? The Herbivore dishes provide a wonderful, gustatory sensual experience. Chatting quietly with good friends adds to this. The music serves as a major distraction. Your delightful cuisine should give you the confidence that you don't need to add music to the mix to attract customers. Best, Michael Michael R.
