Guest guest Posted May 24, 2005 Report Share Posted May 24, 2005 On Friday May 27th, i will be the guest vegan chef at the underground restaurant in Rockridge, The Ghetto Gourmet (http://ghetto-gourmet.com) is proud to present Guest Chef The menu will be sweet potato miso soup w/ saikyo miso, snow peas and enoki mushrooms cucumber/wakame salad with daikon, mizuna and carrot soba noodles with a spicy peanut sauce be marinated teriyaki tempeh steaks with mustard greens, shitake and sesame dressing, sorbet with berries for dessert.
