In May 2003, EBAA was formed at a circus

protest in Livermore by five local volunteers,

operating under the principle of 'Thinking Globally, Acting Locally".

Over the past two years, our efforts have steadily grown. Some of

EBAA's achievements include:

Rescuing 53 farmed

animals from California's Central Valley

·

Distributing thousands of pieces of educational literature to

the public

·

Organizing hundreds

of outreach events in the San Francisco Bay Area

·

Being featured in

the media over 25 times

·

Launching 3 websites to increase awareness about farmed animal
