What: International Vegetarian House Monthly Dinner

This month: DINNER & DANCING?

When: May 14th, 6:00pm

Where: 520 E. Santa Clara Street, San Jose (13th &

Santa Clara)

 

Join Bay Area Vegetarians on Saturday May 14th at

6:00pm for our monthly dinner outing at International

Vegetarian House in downtown San Jose. We meet every

second Saturday, so mark your calendars.

 

If you have not been to International Vegetarian

House, it is a local landmark and deserves your

attention. Founded by the Supreme Master Ching Hai,

it is entirely vegetarian and very vegan friendly and

serves over 100 dishes. The restaurant is a museum of

the founder’s accomplishments, including a running

video of her many lectures, a library of her books and

videos and even a collection of manequins donning her

own fashion designs.

Lst month we went dancing afterwards and it was so

much fun! We usually just see what everyone is in the

mood for and take it from there. We may decide a

movie is the best option.
