Guest guest
Hi Ray, Chef Leland Jung of Alive! Restaurant in San Francisco offers raw cooking classes. I attended one on desserts, and enjoyed it very much. It was a small, intimate atmosphere so it was easy to see the techniques up close, not to mention we got generous samples of all the desserts! Their website doesn't indicate when their next cooking class is, but it's such a small operation, if you email them I imagine you'd get a reply. http://www.aliveveggie.com/ Good luck,Sararknray wrote: I am looking for an uncooking or living foods cooking class. Guest guest
Hi Ray, Check www.rawfamily.com site, Victoria mostly does training/cooking classes in Oregon, but I believe she comes to CA once in a while Also, I just bought "The Uncook Book: New Vegetarian Food for Life", by Juliano Brotman, Erika Lenkert. I tried only couple recipes from this book, so far, but both were delishes. Hope this helps, Lena Sara Jotoku <sjotoku wrote: Hi Ray, Chef Leland Jung of Alive!
