Quiet, highly responsible, queer/bi tomboyish woman seeks

compatible roommate for my cozy new home.

 

The house is completely upgraded - new roof, wiring,

plumbing, sparkling bamboo floors. The bedroom is approx

11x12, bright and sunny and freshly painted. There is an

additional room separate from the house which I intend to

use for my massage practice and meditation/yoga, which I

would be open to sharing. There is plenty of parking - on

and off-street - and a small backyard. The neighborhood is

diverse and friendly - mostly working-class families.

 

Seeking a drama-free, trustworthy, grounded individual with

glowing references, to share a peaceful, recycling, smoke,

meat, and drug free home.

I practice and value direct, open communication, am a jazz &

world music lover, reasonably neat and clean. Social justice

activism, personal growth and holistic health are big in my

life. Seeking a roomie similar / comfortable with all of the

above. A fellow bodyworker would be most welcome, as would

be a handyperson type and/or gardener (but you don't have to

be one of those things to qualify). I have a talkative cat

and a 19-year old boa constrictor, so no room for more cats

or dogs.

 

Rent is $550 plus share utilities, or $600 w/water, gas,
