Feel Real + Ital Calabash

I was at Feel Real yesterday, was happy to see on the menu:

(everything organic and plant based)

 

Belgium Waffles with walnuts and chocolate chip (served all day) $7.50

I really enjoyed sitting at large table next to the window. It makes the community/people sit together. I've met so many new people dining at the large table. The restaurant has a very friendly atmosphere.

 

Everytime, I go to Feel Real, I FEEL GOOD. (my personal opinion)

 

My friend B.H. will be there for lunch tomorrow at 1pm. The owners promised to open by 1pm tomorrow. I have accepted the fact, currently the owners will not tell you what are their hours. (they have a laid back attitude or have a future plan). They also don't have time to return phone calls. (so don't bother leaving a message, just keep calling...)

At the busy grand opening of Ital Calabash, around 3pm, B.H. ordered a $6 Cilantro Wrap. The wrap was very good. He said he will return again.

 

The restaurant has an extensive menu compared to their original restaurant. The new restaurant is a small place that seats 15 people. It's highly recommended to just get off Ashby BART and walk across the street to Ital II.

 

On weekends, there's a swap meet at the Ashby Bart, around 9am-4pm. If you have to drive in the area, there's free parking in the upper level of Ashby Bart.

 

Don't mind the homeless -ooking folks that might be in the area. (I never have problems with them, I just keep walking)
