I spoke with Rich Castro from Cinema Libre Studio about this documentary. It sounds very promising. It is basically about how animal rights protesters were arrested in the U.K. outside Mc Donald's. I urge everyone to mark this in your calendar. I have some press notes, if any one is interested.

Hi Tracy,

Thanks so much for calling me back. I've attached the press notes for the film. As I mentioned, we will open McLibel on May 27th in San Francisco. I know it will open at a Landmark theatre, but I'm not sure which one yet.

This truly is a wonderful film and because we have such a miniscule ad budget, we need all the grassroots help that we can get. So far, KPFA, Global Exchange, and CodePINK want to help. I think with Pacifica, some independent internet and newpapers, and a lot of grassroots organizations, we should be able to attract huge crowds to the theatre.
