Guest guest
Hi folks, At least two or three times a year, someone asks me for my support for a walkathon or some type of benefit for a health charity. My first question is always whether the organization funds research using animals. Fortunately, PCRM makes it easy to find out with their Humane Charity Seal of Approval. "The Humane Charity Seal of Approval is the easiest way for donors to spot charities that are committed to providing vital services and care to patients or advancing research without the use of animals." http://www.humaneseal.org/index.html And just FYI, in case you don't need this info now but do later on, this is one of the links on the BAVeg resources page http://www.bayareaveg.org/resources.htm#links Anyways, this is a resource that I've found useful and thought you may, too.
