3 rooms available now for rent in a clean, well-lit, cute house in a nice

and quiet neighborhood in north San Jose. each room is about 10'x11'.

two bedrooms will have shared bathroom while the third bedroom has

its own bathroom (pretty-much).

 

rent is $550 inclusive of utilities and wireless DSL.

 

located off 680 and light rail and very close to 880 and 101.

 

restriction: no smoking and no non-vegan food allowed in the house.
