if you can get KQED, they air a vegan cooking show called "Christina Cooks". i think the show might also be on KTEH but i couldn't find the listing. although she never says the word "vegan", all the recipes definitely are. some of the recipes look really good and are quite creative; one segment was recipes for kids and featured sushi made with noodles, peanut butter and pickles.
