After asking for 5 years, the owner, has agreeded to sell it to the public. He has an order of 3,000 of them that day and is willing to sell some on April 2, and 3.

vegan steam dumpling, 3 for $1 has, shitake mushroom, woodear mushroom, rice noodles, etc,

the wrapping is vegan

I will not be in town to buy the dim sum, so enjoy.
