Ever miss the taste of macaroni and cheese? I know there are a lot

of great vegan recipes out there, but I was very happy to find a

package mix that is easy to prepare and really tastes great. It's

called Shells and Chreese and is made by Road's End Organics. They

also have other varieties and a few sauce mixes, as well. I

originally found this at Alameda Natural Grocery, but Whole Foods now

carries it, too.
