Quiet, highly responsible, queer/bi tomboyish woman seeks

compatible roommate for my cozy new home in Oaktown.

 

The house is completely upgraded - new roof, wiring,

plumbing, etc. The bedroom is average size, bright and clean

- bamboo floors and freshly painted. There is also a " bonus

room " behind / separate from the house which I intend to use

for my massage practice, and would consider sharing with

another practitioner. There is plenty of parking - on and

off-street - and a backyard. The neighborhood is very

diverse and the majority of my neighbors are good folks.

 

I am currently very busy with a full-time office job and a

massage practice on the side. I practice and value direct,

open communication, am a jazz lover, reasonably neat and

clean. Social justice activism and holistic health are

particularly important in my life. Seeking a roomie who is

similar / comfortable with all of the above. A fellow

bodyworker would be most welcome, as would be someone handy

with household handyperson projects and/or gardening. Please

come with glowing references and be excited about a

peaceful, environmentally conscious home free from smoke,

meat, drugs and drama.

 

I have a cat and a snake, so sorry, but no room for more

pets.
