Guest guest
Hi folks The next Bay Area Vegetarians monthly dinner at Shangri-La will be Thursday, March 31st at 6 pm, eat at 6:30 pm. This is a wonderful, mostly vegan, Chinese Restaurant on Irving near 21st in San Francisco, and one of our favorite restaurants. Shangri-La is also one of the oldest veg restaurants in SF (in business since 1978). It is $15 for this 9-course vegan dinner, tax & tip included. Everyone is welcome to attend, whether you are a veg or non-veg, and you are also welcome to bring friends. We will be sitting at the two large round tables at the back, which make it easy to share good food and conversations. For this month's dinner, we have changed the menu slightly with two different entrees, Crispy Tofu and Sweet & Sour Spare Ribs. Appetizer: Steamed Dumplings Soup: Shanghai Style Won Ton Soup Entrees: (1) Crispy Tofu (2) Sweet & Sour Spare Ribs (imitation meat) (3) Dry Cooked String Beans (4) Pie Pa Tofu Balls with Broccoli (5) Vegetable Chow Mein (6) Spicy Eggplant (7) Mixed Greens Served with Brown Rice, Tea, and after-dinner Fruit Space is limited so please send payment now to reserve your seat at our special dinner. You'll find payment details, public transit info, and more on the dinner page at: http://www.bayareaveg.org/sfdinner.htm As always, please bring your friends and join us, or come join us to meet new friends.
