Guest guest
Mark your calendar for the afternoon of Sunday, March. 6 for a very fun concert and dinner in downtown Berkeley! The fun begins at 2:30pm! Jonas Nordwall will be in town (visiting us from Oregon) to play Berkeley Community Theater's mega, marvelous, musical 35 ton all-acoustic unit orchestra. We can always be sure we're in for something spectacular when Jonas plays for us. His lightning fast fingers and boundless creativity bring a new level of energy and excitement to his music. Expect to hear everything from light classics, to historical pop, jazz, and big band stylings. And... here's something else to make your toes tap. :-) If you've never been to a NorCal TOS concert before, admission is free! Just fill out a coupon at the door with your contact info for our mailing list and you're in! All your first-time friends are free, too. Berkeley Community Theater: 1930 Allston between MLK Way and Milvia, only 1.5 blocks from the Berkeley Bart Station! After the concert, we'll meet in the lobby (look for me wearing my fuzzy red scarf!!!) and stroll a couple blocks to Udupi Palace Vegetarian Indian restaurant at 1901 University Ave. There we'll feast on various vegan goodies and socialize. This is an official Bay Area Vegetarians event. See their web site a www.bayareaveg.org, and see their calendar for other fun events. Please contact me (Dave Goggin) for more information -- dg2222. RSVP's appreciated but not required. See you there!!!
