Guest guest Posted February 27, 2005 Report Share Posted February 27, 2005 My husband and I went to Fellini's for brunch this morning. Oh my goodness! It was delicious! I had a latte with vanilla soy milk that was amazing, and the Tofu Roma, which is tofu scramble with fresh tomatoes, basil, and spinach, and had them add Vegan Gourmet Jack cheese, and it comes with toast, vegan butter, potatoes, and tofu sour cream. My husband got the Vegan Benedict, which was also really good - he liked it better than mine. We'll be going back tomorrow to try out other dishes, like the mushroom hash, or the four mushroom scramble. The tofu scramble is really light and flavored really well. Mine tasted very omletty and the texture of my husband's was very good. In my opinion, this place is way better than Herbivore, except for the potatoes, in terms of scrambles, and who can beat Vegan Benedict except Sparks, which is such a long drive away.
