TO ALL ANIMAL PROPONENTS

 

The (almost) monthly Animal Legislation Meeting convenes in Sacramento

this Monday, February 28, 10:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m., room 113, in the State

Capitol. All welcome. Maybe you could do a little lobbying on the

bills after the meeting, or drop off support/oppose letters.

 

Under discussion will be legislation old and new pertaining to, amongst

other issues: mountain lion hunting, pet ferrets, trapping of

" nuisance " animals, home slaughter of farmed animals, Fish & Game

Commission, etc.
