Guest guest
Hi again The last time Erik Marcus (author of Vegan: the New Ethics of Eating, publisher of vegan.com) spoke for BAV in Mountain View, we had a full house. In anticipation of a good turnout for his next presentation on Sunday 3/6 in SF, we need to borrow an extra 15-20 folding chairs (maybe even camping chairs?) to supplement what's available at the event site (Red Victorian Peace Center B & B in the Haight) So, if you have (access to) some extra folding chairs that you can provide for the event, please let us know! It's free admission, and this is a free membership group, so we're trying to see if we can borrow seating before we look at renting anything. If you missed the original announcement about MEAT MARKET: Animals, Ethics, and Money, here's the event link http://www.bayareaveg.org/events.php?EID=639#639 Even if it's just bring a folding camping chair for your own use, that will help. If you're planning to attend, we'd appreciate a RSVP via the above link so we can get an idea of seats needed. But drop-ins are very welcome too.
